Covid-19 Update: June 6, 2020

The Floodgates are open!


BUT we will still be booking according to our lists and the online booking form.

(Form is for existing clients only)

If you filled out a form, we got it, and we will be in contact.

We are 2 months behind and doing the best that we can to accommodate you all according to priority.


THE RINGER IS OFF. PLEASE DO NOT CALL.

We will not be taking phone calls for appts for at least another week or so.


Patrick will be making calls and booking appointments on a weekly basis, to allow a teeny bit of wiggle room for the incoming #5 s from the booking form. (Please note * picking #5 will not guarantee a sooner appt. We are judging severity by matting and pelting.)

Once we get to the end of the list, we will open up the phone lines and allow online booking.


Unfortunately, as we are learning, many surrounding grooming shops didn't make it through the shutdown. We know of at least 3 that have gone out of business. Because of this, the phones are ringing literally every 2 minutes...and at the moment we are unable to accept new clients. So we have turned the ringer off.

If you need to contact us for any OTHER reason BESIDES MAKING APPOINTMENTS you can TEXT us on Google voice @ 516-229-1755. This sends the message directly to Kim, Kelly & Patrick during work hours. (You technically can also leave a voicemail, but a human will never answer this line. It is set to go directly to voicemail.)

(you can always text us concerning upcoming appts, or to check in during appts.

At this time, We will still be practicing social distancing and the front door will be kept locked. Only one client will be allowed in at a time. We also now have a doorbell mounted outside the door that you can ring for drop offs and pickups.
